I am a mother, a wife, a personal trainer, a fitness instructor, a gym manager, a bikini fitness competitor, a nutrition planner, an early bird, an audio bookworm and a helper.
Whether you are seeking help with weight-loss, a post-partum program, competition training or training just for you, I can help.
When I found fitness, it became my truest passion. Since 2007, I have been training, competing and educating myself in all of the most effective exercises, techniques, nutritional protocols and programs that help my clients reach their goals.
Through certifications in personal training, TRX, Cycle, Group Fitness, Pilates and more, I build creative training programs that help you conquer your goals.

PERSONAL TRAINING
I'm a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I have learned the best practices for increasing strength and cardiovascular conditioning while preventing injury. I focus on building a healthier body from head to toe for my clients.

PILATES
Through my certification in Pilates I have learned to work with clients of all fitness levels, ages and sizes. Because Pilates focuses on whole body strength and flexibility, it's the perfect way to develop strong, capable muscles without bulking.

TRX TRAINING
I am a certified TRX Instructor. TRX training is the perfect way to burn calories and fat, develop strength and flexibility and challenge yourself through resistance and gravity. I build strong cores and backs incorporating TRX training.

CYCLING
I love cardio, and you will too. I am a certified cycling instructor and try to incorporate bike work into private sessions as well. Build up your lungs, heart and of course your legs by taking one of my cycling classes. I can't wait to push you!
HOW I CAN HELP
I am certified in different disciplines of exercise because I love fitness. As your trainer, it is my job to ensure you fall in love with fitness too. I recruit from different styles of exercise and build programs that fit your goals, keep you accountable, and keep you motivated. Whether we are meeting one-on-one or you opt for my online training option, I provide the attention and accountability that is needed when beginning a new journey to a better, stronger you! I provide a free fitness assessment and consultation to discuss your goals, challenges and program options. Give me your commitment, and I will give you results.
